Modern Designs
Modern designs are achieved by combining the vision among four main parties who contribute to a successful build - Architect, Builder, Interior Designer, and the Homeowner.
Each part of the interior of the home should coordinate with the another.
The colour of the flooring should coordinate with the colour of the cabinetry. Cabinetry quality should remain consistent through both kitchens and bathrooms. A well-lit kitchen should equal a well-lit dining room.
Circulation is key to a functional layout. How well a family can enter and exit a kitchen is important. Are the hallways an ideal width? What is the distance from the bedrooms to the laundry room and can this distance be reduced, if needed? There are endless questions to be asked and answered when designing a home.
