How do you charge?

Serenity One charges a fixed fee for projects. For remote locations and complex builds, this fee can go up. For a simple box build, this fee may be reduced.

We tender your large scope of work (framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to multiple specialists You will have an insight into market pricing (Note: Most companies do not provide this type of transparency).

Which consultants will be required for the project?

At a minimum, an Architectural designer, Geotechnical Engineer, Structural Engineer, and an Interior Designer should be hired for new residential homes.

How long will the project take to complete?

It depends on the complexity of the build and the size.

At Serenity One Renovations and Construction, we make preparations to shorten the build length as much as possible. First, we procure materials well before we need them. We check that the appropriate amount of stock is available and reserved for us when we need it.

Kitchen and bathroom designs are advanced for their designs before the project is started. This way we know precisely where all our electrical and plumbing needs to be placed.

A thorough preconstruction plan and process is key to a tight construction schedule.
