We ensure every detail of your project is planned for. A thorough preconstruction process is vital to ensure your project is built on time and on budget.
We have a 6-step process:
Have a detailed conversation with you about your project.
Present you a rough cost budget and timeline for the project.
Sign a Preconstruction Agreement that will green light the hiring of designers and/or consultants (if required).
Sign a Construction Agreement prior to the construction start.
Begin and complete the construction of your project.
Show you in detail how your home operates, how to maintain it, and who to call should you need clarifications or have questions.
All product, appliance, and home warranties are presented to you at the beginning of your occupancy. We follow up every 4 months for a year (#3 follow ups in total and more if needed) to ensure you are comfortable and content with your new space.

Modern designs consist of open concept floor plans, renewable materials, amazing curb appeal, utilize natural light, utilize technology, and have functional rooms.
Modern designs are less costly to operate, to maintain, and have a longer life span.
Energy Efficient Homes
The B.C. Step Code has now been implemented across B.C. The Step Code ensures your home is evaluated and tested for its energy efficiency throughout the various stages of construction.
