We ensure every detail of your project is planned for. A thorough preconstruction process is vital to ensure your project is built on time and on budget.

We have a 6-step process:

1. Have a conversation with you about your project.

2. Present you a rough cost budget and timeline for the project.

3. Sign a Preconstruction Agreement that will green light the hiring of a Geotechnical Engineer, Architect, and Structural Engineer. Also, documents will be presented to you indicating preliminary schedules, preliminary designs, and the steps it will take to complete of a building permit submission.

4. Sign a Construction Agreement during your building permit wait time.

5. Begin and complete construction of your project.

6. Show you in detail how your home operates, how to maintain it, and who to call should you need clarifications or have questions.

   All product, appliance, and home warranties are presented to you at the beginning of your occupancy. We follow up every 4 months for a year (#3 follow ups in total and more if needed) to ensure you are comfortable and content with your new home.
